Thank you for joining us for the third edition of Art House, Bailey House’s signature benefit event. Together, we raised $200,000 to fund affordable and supportive housing programs for our most vulnerable communities.

We are exceedingly grateful for the support of our event leaders, artists, sponsors, donors, volunteers, and our exceptional 2025 honoree, Derrick Adams. Because of your support, thousands of New Yorkers will continue to have a safe place to call home.

In 2026, Art House takes on a new format as part of The Groundbreaker Awards, an annual celebration to honor the achievements of Housing Works and the changemakers who are leading the fight for access to healthcare, housing, justice and equality.

The benefit gala will feature a curated silent auction with over 30 works of art by leading and emerging artists—all proceeds directly fund Housing Works' lifesaving services across healthcare, housing, and advocacy.
