Governor Hochul's 340B carveout goes into effect SATURDAY, putting the lives and healthcare of LGBTQ+ and vulnerable New Yorkers at grave risk.

Please join Housing Works and the Save New York Safety Net coalition, for a rally in front of the Governor's NYC office to stop the 340B carveout and protect community healthcare! This action is in solidarity with our statewide partners, and Buffalo's Evergreen Health who have disinvited the Governor from Pride as a result of her inaction on the 340B carveout, threatening LGBTQ+ healthcare.

Unless our lawmakers pass our 340B alternative bill, the 340B carveout will go into effect April 1. Despite our critical services, the pending carveout of the 340B Program puts savings for safety net providers at risk, and will ravage communities across New York and divert funding from essential services that New Yorkers need and rely on, including LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming care and HIV+ prevention and care.

Please reach out to Kaitlin Abrams at k.abrams@housingworks.org or 347-598-1188 with any questions.
