Housing Works Annual Spring Preview Sales.

Fashion Week is over; the Barneys warehouse sale is winding down; but, the season’s hottest fashion event is just beginning at Housing Works with our Spring Previews! We re-stock our thrift shops with the best fashion, furniture, and artwork finds that we’ve collected and then sell them for a fraction of the price, February 27th through March 20th.

Lines form around the block so get there early to get your shot at savings on the best merchandise!

All Housing Works Members (at all levels) get in free – it’s normally a $10 donation fee at the door. Supporter ($480 or $40/month) Members and Sponsor ($960 or $80/month) Members get in early – 30 minutes before the opening time for the general public.

Each store will be closed for prep the day before its sale.

PLEASE NOTE: To qualify for a given membership level, members can make the applicable donation with a one-time payment in full or with monthly recurring payments. No matter which of these two payment options members choose, all members at the same level get the same benefits. Therefore, for the upcoming Spring Previews, those members who have donated $480 in full and those donating $40 per month are all considered Supporter Members and are all able to get in early. How they make their membership donation, whether monthly or one time, does not matter.

Membership is a commitment for at least one year. Those donating monthly are expected to do so for at least 12 months.
