Founded in 1996, the West Village Health Center is Housing Works oldest medical center. Located in the heart of the West Village, the Center has an Adult Day Health Center and provides medical care, case management, and other essential services to our clients. The West Village Health Center is also the home of Transcend, Housing Works’ transgender support group.
