The Transgender Transitional Housing Program (TTHP) provides transitional housing to transgender and gender-variant individuals living with HIV/AIDS. The program maintains leases on 23 scatter-site apartments in the East New York, Bushwick, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Crown Heights, and East Flatbush areas of Brooklyn. This past year, TTHP provided housing and services to 36 people of transgender experience, twelve of whom were placed in permanent housing. As with the WTHP, TTHP clients receive services at the Housing Works East New York Adult Day Health Care
