The Fondation Esther Boucicault-Stanislas (FEBS) Klinik is located in the central port town of St.-Marc, an hour-and-a-half drive north of Port-au-Prince. Tens of thousands of Haitians have fled to St.-Marc, which is outside the earthquake zone. FEBS is a pioneering AIDS organization founded by PHAP+ president and Keith D. Cylar Award winner Esther Boucicault. As of April 18, the FEBS Klinik has treated 1,004 people. The clinic treats up to 50 to 75 people per day.
