Housing Works, its New York partners, and PHAP+ have worked together to reopen and staff this family health clinic sponsored by the Brooklyn-based community organization Diaspora Community Services. As of April 18, the clinic had treated 1,248 men, women, and children. The clinic treats about 20 to 30 people per day.
