Housing Resources Are Available to Help You Find Stable Housing

  • Housing Works offers housing placement, at our multiple locations, to HIV + individuals (who are eligible for HASA) and/or people living with other chronic health conditions.

HOUSING WORKS CARE MANAGERS CAN HELP YOU GET CONNECTED WITH:

  • HASA (HIV/AIDS Service Administration)
  • HRA (Public Assistance)
  • NY/NY III Housing
  • NYCHA
  • Housing Works’ Housing
  • Other NYC Supportive Housing

A vast array of life-saving services including, but not limited to, Health Home Case Management; OASAS Substance Use Treatment; Primary Healthcare Services; Mental Health Services; and Adult Day Healthcare.

We operate more than 200 units of our own housing throughout the city for New Yorkers living with HIV/AIDS and/or other chronic health conditions

We offer:

  • Two multiple unit housing facilities located in the same building as a health center
  • Housing units specifically for transgender individuals
  • Housing for formerly incarcerated women
  • Long-term and transitional apartments
  • Family residences
  • Building management on site 24 hours a day in our congregate facilities, to keep you safe
  • Sustainable design and building practices
