DISH is a sumptuous 4-course feast of readings and stories, as told by New York's hottest chefs, restauranteurs, mixologists, food authors, bloggers and critics, presented by Kimberly M. Wetherell of Spirited and David Gutowski of Largehearted Boy.

APERITIF:
Warren Bobrow, a nationally published food and spirits columnist who writes for Williams-Sonoma, Foodista and the Beekman Boys, shares recipes and remedies from his new book Apothecary Cocktails: Restorative Drinks from Yesterday and Today

APPETIZER:
Author Rebecca Coffey reads from her humor book: NIETZSCHE'S ANGEL FOOD CAKE: And Other "Recipes" for the Intellectually Famished

ENTREE:
Ivan Orkin is the renowned chef of the Tokyo restaurant Ivan Ramen and author of the cookbook of the same name.

DESSERT:
Matt Robicelli, one half of the pastry power duo known as Robicelli's, will be on hand to discuss and sign their debut cookbook: Robicelli's, A Love Story With Cupcakes.

All proceeds from the event will benefit Housing Works' programs to assist men, women, and children living with or affected by homelessness and HIV/AIDS.
