It was in 1985 that Moss left her executive position on Wall Street to follow her true passion and join the world of luxurious interiors. Soon after its founding, Charlotte Moss and Company, a home furnishings store and interior design firm on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, became the authority of lifestyle for home décor. Moss addresses the desire to live comfortably in personalized elegance.
Inspiration in her work is drawn from Moss’ extensive travels, avid reading, native Southern heritage and the legacies left from great women of style. She and her husband, investment banker Barry Friedberg, divide their time among residences in Manhattan, East Hampton, and Aspen.
