Housing Works, Inc. is the oversight board of 14 subsidiary nonprofit organizations, each incorporated as its own entity for programmatic accountability and financial liability purposes. All subsidiary boards regularly report to Housing Works, Inc. on all policy and fiscal matters. All subsidiary organizations support the mission of Housing Works to fight the twin crises of AIDS and homelessness through programs and funding.
